
Systems Administration
We are responsible for the reliable upkeep, configuration and operation of all your servers and workstations. Our goal is to ensure that the uptime, performance, resources and security of the computers we manage meet the needs of the users, without exceeding he budget.
Specifically, some of the duties include:

Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

Installing and configuring new hardware and software.

Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.

Maintain Active Directory.

Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.

Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing environments.

Performing routine audit of systems and software.
-
System performance tuning.
-
Create and maintain Virtual Machines (VM's).
-
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
-
Create images of systems.
-
Answering technical queries and assisting users.
-
Responsibility for security.
-
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
-
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
-
Configuring, adding and deleting file systems.
